The 2014 Hebron Colony Trip was September 26-28 with seven men participating. Five of the men assisted the Hebron Colony grounds crew by trimming up ditches and driveways prior to the Saturday evening graduation service.

The 2015 Hebron Colony Trip was October 16-18. Contact Methodist Men President Mike Ennis through the church office if you would like more details.

The Pine Valley Methodist Men have a long-standing tradition of supporting this Christian-based residential recovery program. Learn more about Hebron Colony at their website.

The United Methodist Men is comprised of every adult male member of Pine Valley UMC. Each one is invited to participate in our programs and projects. The purpose of the Methodist Men is to:

  • Enjoy good fellowship
  • Deepen our spiritual lives
  • Strengthen and enhance the role of men in the church
  • Challenge, inspire and motivate service in the name of Jesus Christ.

The Pine Valley UMM are organized around a monthly breakfast meeting. Breakfast is a small fee and is the best two (sometimes three) meat breakfast for that small fee. Breakfast is followed by a brief business meeting and program. Program topics focus on the interest of the group and important issues facing our congregation and denomination.

UMM Leadership

For 2016, the officers are President Mike Ennis, Treasurer Jerry Parchman, and Secretary Roy Mayo.

United Methodist Men Fundraising

For fundraising for 2016, the Pine Valley United Methodist Men will join Troop 224 Boy Scouts for a fall fundraiser of sales of barbecued chicken plates. The UMM offers thanks to all who supported this joint venture for 2015 and 2014.
